When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary, as we ship from different fulfillment centers worldwide depending on your location. The average delivery time is approximately 7 to 10 business days. Your tracking number will be updated 3-7 days after your order has shipped.

How do I cancel an order?

We can only cancel orders within the first 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the order is likely being processed and prepared for shipment or has already shipped. Once it goes into effect, it is no longer in our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on our fast service, and that includes shipping your orders as quickly as possible.

What is your return policy?

If there is anything wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to help investigate the case and, if approved, send you a replacement. Please do not return anything until we have reviewed the case. Our customer service team will review the request and provide further instructions. Easylife reserves the right to decline any return request.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
